- New York's Health Insurance Information and Assistant Program (HIICAP) is always available to help clients with Medicare and related insurance assistance. Leave a voice message at 212-602-4180 and a counselor will return your call.

- The New York Academy of Medicine is sharing mental health resources for frontline workers and the general public, as well as news related to mental health and health equity during COVID-19. For details, visit their What Can I Do page?
- New York City Well Talk, Text, Chat is offering help for people experiencing stress, depression and anxiety.
- New Horizons Counseling Center is offering mental health counseling over the phone for everyone with Medicaid or private insurance. Email Shamine Bartholomew or Sally Fontalvo to set up a phone appointment.
- New York State's Office of Mental Health has a free, 24/7 hotline at 844-863-9314.
- Grief.com offers free seminars and videos on their website.
- AARP has a special program for seniors who are feeling socially isolated.
- Service Program for Older People (SPOP) is providing behavioral healthcare and peer-led bereavement support groups for adults fifty-five and over via approved tele-health connections. Medicare, Medicaid and third-party insurances are accepted. You can attain a referral for services by emailing PSPS's Christine Diaz or calling her at 212-243-3670.
- The UJA Federation New York is offering several programs in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
