Welcome to Penn South Social Services

Where Community Matters

Since 1986 Penn South Social Services (PSSS) has provided services and programs for residents of the Penn South Co-op and the surrounding Chelsea community.

PSSS is funded by the Penn South Co-op, contracts with New York City and State, our NYC council member, private foundation grants, and by the cooperators of Penn South.
