Penn South Home Organized Personal Services (PS-HOPS) is a yearly membership discount program sponsored by Penn South Social Services. As a member of PS-HOPS, you receive discounts on consumer products and services such as acupuncture, hardware store, home health aides, house cleaning, personal emergency response systems, hearing and eyeglass services, legal services, and much more.
